The building

A gym is a room people come back to

Athlete sponsorship follows one person's calendar. A gym partnership attaches your brand to a physical place with a rhythm — the same faces, four evenings a week, for years. That is a different kind of commercial relationship, and it is priced differently too.

  • Facility, coaching team, disciplines and location on one commercial page.
  • The competitive roster linked to the gym so you can see who trains there.
  • Partnership packages published by the gym, priced by the gym.

The roster

One conversation, a whole fight team

Most competitive gyms carry a squad of athletes at different stages. A gym partnership can extend across the team, which is usually far simpler to administer than negotiating with each athlete individually.

  • Roster-level involvement agreed as part of the gym package.
  • Individual athlete deals can still be arranged separately.
  • All conversations and proposals stay tracked in one thread.

The strongest brands in combat sports are the ones people see every time they walk through the door.

Formats

What a gym partnership can cover

Nothing on this list is automatic. Signage, event involvement and roster participation are only available where the gym can genuinely offer them, and are agreed in writing between the gym and the sponsor. Partnerships never include member data or guaranteed audience figures.

Facility signage

Wall, mat-side or ring/cage signage where the gym owns the space and agrees to it.

Team kit

Competition and training kit for the squad, carrying your brand.

Equipment partnerships

Bags, gloves, mats and recovery equipment supplied in exchange for agreed visibility.

Community activations

Open days, taster sessions, charity events and grassroots programmes run with the gym.

Branded content

Photography and video produced in the gym, with coaches and athletes involved.

Roster support

Involvement with the competitive team, agreed as part of the wider partnership.

Event involvement

Where a gym runs its own shows, involvement is agreed separately and subject to that event's own arrangements.

Talk to us
Why partner with a gym rather than a single athlete?+

One agreement can reach a coaching team, a competitive roster and a membership base. It is a relationship with a place people visit several times a week, rather than with one person's schedule.

What does a gym partnership include?+

Whatever the gym and sponsor agree. Common elements are facility signage where the gym is able to offer it, team kit, equipment supply, community activations and branded content with the roster. Nothing is included automatically.

Do gym partnerships give me access to members?+

No. Partnerships do not include member data, guaranteed attendance figures or audience reach, and any event involvement is agreed separately with whoever runs that event.

How are gym partnerships priced?+

Gyms set their own package prices on their profile, and terms are usually quarterly or annual. The platform charges 10% on completed deals.
